The rooms were new and very clean, which is important. the location was convenient, close to the metro station, which made it very easy to get around. We loved being able to walk to the mall, which had plenty of choices for shopping and dining.
We were quite disappointed with the service. the elevators were slow, and it was frustrating to wait for only one or two to be operating.

The hotel had incredibly comfortable beds and spacious rooms, which were perfect for me as a frequent traveler. The facilities were top-notch, including a beautiful pool and jacuzzi on the fifth floor. The hotel's location made it easy to access restaurants, a shopping mall, and public transportation.
The hotel's management was lacking. The elevators frequently broke down, and staff members seemed to be often distracted.

Here offers luxurious amenities like an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa & wellness centre that provided a relaxing stay. the restaurant served delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax with a drink after a long day.
The service at the hotel could have been better. Staff was often absent-minded and could have been more attentive.

The hotel had a convenient location, as it was accessible from the airport by metro and had easy access to major malls and commercial centers. the room was spacious and clean, with a large tub and shower in the bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great service. the facilities, including the pool and exercise room, were nice advantages.
The hotel had poor management, with incidents such as stopping coffee service and unreliable wifi service during peak times.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and had great views. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor pool and gym. The location was very convenient, right in the center of the city and close to major malls and transportation.
